Re: Am I permitted to use an edited Solus logo as the Telegram group logo?

Food for thought, could always use the Budgie logo.

Budgie Logo: CC-BY-SA-4.0. Original work by Yuri Henrique, modified by Solus.

Re: DKMS and DisplayLink USB3.0

Sidenote, is there any reason this driver can't be packaged up like our other drivers?

Re: Am I permitted to use an edited Solus logo as the Telegram group logo?

Hi. Please note that the Solus logo is one of the only parts of Solus that are not free to modification, as it is an official branding asset. It's a part of the identity - not the project, thus is external to it. I own it, Solus does not. As such I'd rather it wasn't used, as it indicates an officia...

Re: Gnome Night Light integration into Budgie

It works OOTB with Budgie 10.3 - just use GNOME Control Center to configure it :)

Re: CLR doesn't write GRUB loader in Ubuntu dual boot setup

Look - its the same for all distros unless you share a /boot partition. Otherwise grub.cfg exists in the rootfs of one distro, and the other doesn't know
where to find it.

With CBM you can manage kernel parameters easily, just edit /etc/kernel/cmdline and run sudo clr-boot-manager update.

Re: clr-boot-manager now on Solus

This update affects to dual-boot installations where the bootloader is controlled by another distro (Manjaro in my case)? Thxs! :-) For GRUB I made sure that CBM doesn't control grub-install itself. So if another distro owns GRUB you must update-grub from there. This has always been the case with S...
