Hey Justin! Thanks for that. Nah, the issue was exactly as I surmised in my last post; the b43 firmware files were flat out missing. Apparently, via the Solus repo, there is no way to install these files. We either need to add the package "b43-firmware-installer" or we need to provide a walkthrough...

Anyone have success installing this card? Hardware version A1. F/W: 2.3.0.1
Fairly old model - 2004 vintage.
lspci: 04:00.0 Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd. Marvell W8300 802.11 Adapter (rev 07)
Or recommended wireless card for desktop for Solus?
