Razer Blade Stealth - no HDMI signal

Wasn't sure if this thread belongs under Multimedia support or Hardware support. Mod: feel free to move it if it belongs elsewhere.

Long story short: I've got no video signal whatsoever via HDMI cable to my external display (a TCL brand smart TV). I verified both the HDMI cable and the TV work fine with other machines, so those have been ruled out. The issue is either the hardware or software on this Razer Blade Stealth. Unfortunately, I don't see the option of adjusting the resolution on the external TV because it's not detecting the TV, or something else. (see attached screenshot)

So...what can I do to get my external display working right? Ideas?
