midori web browser / error opening web developer tools

Wed Feb 14, 2018 7:34 am

I installed the Midori Web Browser in the Solus Software Center with no errors or warnings. Opening the midori developer tools from the page context menu function "inspect element" results in the following error message:

Code: Select all

These uncaught exceptions caused the problem

TypeError: failed to initialize NumberFormat due to invalid locale (at Utilities.js:801:57)

Thank you for the link. After reading the post I tried

Code: Select all

env LANG="en" midori
in the Terminal and got the message

Code: Select all

(process:10044): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
	Using the fallback 'C' locale.
then midory starts but developer mode still crashes.

What I am doing wrong?

Return to “Testing”
