[BUG] Sound gone after logout / login

Sound gone after logout / login, a reboot fixes it

Budgie Desktop
Linux version 4.9.68-63.lts

dmesg:

Yeah I went and reported it after I made this post, however some one beat me to it, so it got merged ;)

Same bug here. Fresh installs, fully updated, two different machines (laptop and desktop).
