Can we be sued for copyrights violation?

Just saw

So can we be sued by Microsoft for using their name. I know they will be waiting to bring down FOSS in anyway possible.
They may have some 'TM' hidden somewhere.

BTW is there our OS in anyway associated/like/love the game.

We released this project in ©2015
They started in © 2016.

Maybe we should get our lawyers ready. Lol

No, and I think you're overreacting here. Firstly, "Solus" has existed for a very long time.
Secondly, I spoke with the games developers a long time ago, and we have a mutual agreement.
Those guys are alright. There is no suing or fighting going on.
