python, pip and django

Tue Feb 27, 2018 8:20 pm

Here I want to install django as module, but for this is pip necessary in python2. (not python 3 is installed here.)

How do I install pip for python2 and then how do I install module django ?

Thanks for hints.

Does anybody know something to this little topic ?!

I found in Google some hints, but the python terminal-commands there were not accepted here in solus.

For to install Django as module in Python, it is first necessary to install pip in python 2.7 (python 2).

As I see in Google today, apparently Django is only working with python 3 ?!???
In earlier queries in Google, there was option too for Django with python 2 ...

Command as follows is not accepted:

> sudo eopkg it python2-pip

Also not accepted

> sudo eopkg it python3-pip

And this does not work too:

> sudo eopkg it python-pip

Can't evolve more at moment ...

pip for python2

Call pip or pip2 from the command line to use

pip for python3

> sudo eopkg install python3
