None of those files (Fedora RPM, Suse RPM or Ubuntu DEB) will work in Solus.
As my Epson Workforce 645 was recognized straightaway by Solus, I didn't have the issue you do now.
So, I would try another approach first . . . using CUPS to search for and install a suitable driver.
In your browser . . . enter this URL . . . localhost:631.
See the section in middle of the webpage "CUPS for Administrators" - - then click on the "Adding Printers and Classes". Then just follow the screen directions.
