Absolutely loving it so far, hope to keep it as my primary driver for the foreseeable future. :D

All my updates worked great on my Lenovo ThinkPad T430 and my machine reports 1.2.1 just fine. I don't know about my touchpad, seemed to work fine until I disabled it (I get tired of having text marked and deleted by an accidental swipe of my thumb, and my Logitech trackball works just fine). The TrackPoint also works fine.

I still wish you would find a way to package SoftMaker Office, WPS is really weak and cannot handle spreadsheets I'm already using and LibreOffice messes with my formatting. I would note that I am now at least one of two, not one of one, making this request (might have missed others, but I saw a Canadian post asking for it).

Two of tens of thousands. While I get that it's important to you, it isn't used enough to warrant inclusion when we have 2 office suites already working quite well.

I'm trying to use WPS but it's not up to snuff. I have already found LibreOffice unable to do what I need. Nice that you have two word processors working for you. I have SoftMaker Office working in Ubuntu MATE and LinuxMint MATE, which means I cannot remain booted into Solus to do the work I have to do.

I would also note that two actual comments represent more users, according to most pollsters.

Is there no distro-agnostic package available for SoftMaker?

There is and I just tried it but it doesn't seem to work. It's a shell script but it places icons on my desktop and in the menu but they don't work.
