Change TTL and adding to autorun

I want change my TTL to 65 and add to autorun, with bash scripts badly know, who can help please

To run a script on boot (as root), you can enable a systemd service. If it's just editing the value of a file, it can be done with a tmpfiles.d entry. If it's run at the user level, can be added as a profile.d script.
